Kickboxing is a martial art originated in the USA. It is very popular in the world because it started defending and attacking and moved in the fight for a better match and flexibility of body and muscles. Kick boxing training always starts by jumping rope as the best way to burn fat and warming up the body. In addition to kickboxing, it is best to practice and do additional exercise for the full body. There are rounds in the Ring, which are used for opponents between rounds of rest during the beaver. Time can be combined. The rounds are divided into three lights. Green-that lasts round of 2 minutes during which Kickboxing is learned. Yellow-Round that lasts a minimum of 30 seconds during which the rope is skipped or shado boxing is done. Red-Round that lasts a maximum of 2 minutes during which exercises are done for the whole body.
